In the agent settings, you can set a clear and functional name for the agent. The avatar by default is a thumbnail with the first letter of the agent’s name. You can upload a custom avatar.

Provide a description for the agent. This description will appear below the agent’s name and provides a more detailed explanation compared to the title. Set a greeting message that will be displayed when users start a conversation with the agent. Use this space to explain the agent’s identity, capabilities, and available workflows.

The system instruction settings form a part of the AI’s main directives, helping the AI understand the agent’s capabilities and communication style.

Configure the model used by the agent. Currently, we offer GPT-4 and GPT-3.5 models.

Upload files to provide the agent with a global knowledge base. The agent will use this knowledge to respond and communicate. Specify the workflows the agent can execute. When you set a workflow as a skill for the agent, it can analyze your conversation, identify the relevant workflow, and execute the task based on the context.

Set common questions or commands that users can quickly send by clicking them above the conversation box, helping them utilize the agent’s core functionalities efficiently.
